This hotel is quiet, excellent location, very friendly staff. The rooms are well decorated and lovely romantic with big bathrooms. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to everything we wanted to see...

We were delighted with the room featuring a bathtub and the convenience of having an electric kettle and glassware.

Enjoyed the double room with a freshly renovated bathroom. Having a good shower, hair dryer, and comfy dressing gowns was definitely a nice touch! 🛁

The room was really nice, it had a kitchenette, and they even provided tea and coffee 🥰. we had a great time here.

The property is within walking distance of attractions like Piazza San Marco and Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. The air-conditioned rooms come with free WiFi and are equipped with a safety deposit box. The staff provides express check-in and luggage storage for guests. Some rooms offer city views and all rooms come with bed linen.

Sound insulation is poor, allowing noise from the street and neighboring rooms to be easily heard. Noisy insulation.

The availability of a kitchen and fridge was a great convenience for me as a vegan traveler. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the self check-in process was a bonus. The price was affordable for the top-quality experience.

Hidden Gem In was an amazing value for our money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, and we had plenty of nearby dining options. The staff, especially Annalisa, were so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

I recently stayed at Hidden Gem in Venice for three nights and it was outstanding! The location was super close to St. Mark's piazza and Doge's Palace. The room was spacious and beautiful with a newly remodeled bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the common area and kitchen were awesome. Raffael and Annalisa were excellent hosts with great communication and attentiveness to our needs. It was a level above other hotels I've stayed at.
